This is to remind all Fine Edge customers, a new billing policy was put into effect on the second week of March 2008. All of our hosted subscription services will be billable via credit card. Checks will no longer be an option. So if you are utilizing one of our hosted service solutions, for instance; web hosting, email hosting, spam filtering and backup service. These services will be all billable via credit card.
We urge our customers to login to our new and improved support portal at https://www.fineedgesupport.net if for some reason you cannot login, due to password issue. Then click on the link that says Password Reset, and enter you email address were you will normally receive monthly Fine Edge invoices. Once you are in the support portal, you will see an icon by the name of my details. Click the option and you will then see the option that says Change Credit Card Details.
